Deliveries in the UK & IRELAND
Standard delivery £4.95 - 2 working days
Specific/next day delivery £9.49 - please note orders placed after 4pm will not be processed till the next working day
Free delivery when £50 or over
Please note any orders placed after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day

We understand that sometimes items may not fit or may not suit. Please see the returns policy below:
You have 14 days to return an item from the day your goods are received. When looking to do a return you need to contact us by phone or email to obtain a return number. When returning an item/items you need to place it back in the original postage bag with your return note - must include our returns number obtained from us. When your returned items are received by Going APE your refund will be processed in 7 working days.
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will send you an acknowledgment email and to let you know the returns process is in progress.
Your refund will be sent back to you in the method that you originally paid with on your order. If you have been charged a delivery charge because your order hasn't activated our free delivery threshold please note that this will not be refunded for anything other than faulty goods.
Please note, before all our items are sent out in an order, they are individually quality control checked to ensure our customers receive only the best. If any items returned to us appear to be used/worn, damaged or marked a full refund will not be issued and a full explanation will be given. The items need to be in the same condition they were sent to you, so the item/items can be re sold.
